Happy Super Bowl Sunday! I know all of y'all are busy getting ready to go to a party or have friends over to watch the big game so, I thought I'd share my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe that I'm making for our friends today! These cookie will make you your Super Bowl party hero! Seriously, these are the absolute best chocolate chip cookies!

I got this recipe from my cousin and changed it up just a tad. The trick is to add LOTS of chocolate chips and to under bake them a smidge... no one likes a crunchy cookie!

Happy baking!

And GO PANTHERS!

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. White Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Flour
2 c. Chocolate Chips (Or more... the more, the better)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter until creamy. Add brown and white sugars and beat well. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Lastly, add the chocolate chips... don't be shy!

Form into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and allow the cookies to continue cooking on the hot cookie sheet on top of a cooling rack for a minute or two. Then move over to cooling rack to cool completely. Best served immediately! :)
