Role Description
This is a part-time (possibly full-time) on-site role as a Studio Manager at C. Brooke Ring located in Greenville, SC depending on the candidate and qualifications. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, managing Brooke’s calendar, email correspondence with customers/clients/brands, overseeing customer service, coordinating scheduling. You will also handle administrative tasks, maintain inventory, and assist with marketing efforts on social media and email marketing. Create graphics for social posts, email campaigns, and assist with managing e-commerce websites. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be a self-starter and motivated to learn new skills.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in administrative tasks

Required computer software: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite

Shopify, Converkit, Kajabi, Libsyn, Wordpress experience preferred

Ability to work well under pressure and handle deadlines with a positive attitude

Knowledge of studio operations and customer service best practices

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work until tasks are completed

Requirements

This is a part-time position that could be remote with some on-site work in Greenville, SC depending on the candidate and qualifications. As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing a content calendar, email correspondence with clients/brands for collaborations, coordinating scheduling. You will assist with marketing efforts on social media and email marketing, create graphics for social posts/email campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be highly organized and an expert in social media marketing across multiple platforms.
